BIOGRAPHY

With a passionate belief that great design can enhance lives and make a difference to those that use and engage with it, Rob's design process involves examining each clients brief and their aspirations and desires for the project’s, this is followed by a review of the site context  which enables design solutions that are appropriate to the situation and exceed the clients vision.

Robert Flanagan has established a reputation for personable service and delivering successful projects in the residential sector, ranging from small extensions, loft conversions to large extensions,  new homes, Boutique Hotels and Housing Schemes.

 

Working with a diverse range of clients including home owners, developers and architects and forming excellent relationships with contractors, planners and building control officers, to ensure that all projects meet the demand of planning legislation and building regulations.

I have been fortunate enough to study Architecture at the University of Brighton and Brno University / Institute of Technology Czech Republic.

The University process of education has been essential in helping form and develop my creativity and exploration of the past, present and future of architecture.

​

Unlike many other students of architecture I have been fortunate enough to have studied Business through the University of Portsmouth, a subject which helps me professionally mange the administration and organisation

of my work
